RasterVect is a tool for converting  raster images (including dot-matrix printer images) to the vector format (DXF, WMF, EMF, EPS or AI) so that they could be processed by AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Microstation, VectorWorks, TrueCAD, FastCAD and other programs. The software successfully recognizes orthogonal and inclined lines, arcs and circumferences, and saves the source file scale. The program converts any original files to black-and-white format, adjusts and compensates image elements and changes viewing angle of the raster original.

RasterVect supports the TWAIN interface, which allows it to process a wide range of scanners. The program offers batch image processing. RasterVect has built-in effects and filters that improve the quality of converting and make the editing process in CAD programs much easier.
