Txt2pdf  is a program for converting text files into PDF ones. It supports both single file and file package processing. User can adjust background, page number and specified text at the foot or at the top of every page. All words like http://… ftp://… mailto:… will be converted to URL; and all words of the mime:… type will turn into links to the necessary file or application. Besides, it’s possible to make links within a PDF document. Txt2pdf supports both English and Russian texts.
